What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
What insurances do you accept?
We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, and some United Concordia plans.
Do you accept Medicare / Medicaid?
We do not participate with Medicare or Medicaid.
Do you see military patients?
We are proud to serve our military patients. If you are currently on active duty, you will either require a referral from a military dental clinic or an ACN number from your insurance provider before you can be seen at our office. Be aware we are unable to offer cleanings to active duty military members at this time.
Do you accept walk-ins or emergency patients?
Our office typically sees patients by appointment only. If you need to be seen urgently, please call ahead and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Do you make dentures or partial dentures?
We do not make traditional dentures or removable partial dentures at our office.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. We also accept cash or checks.
Do you accept payment plans?
Payment typically required at the time a service is rendered. Please speak to our office if you would like to arrange a payment plan.
